He grew up in Iran, surrounded by the scent of saffron, smoke from open flames, and the sound of family gathered around a shared meal. Food wasn’t just food; it was love, pride, and tradition passed down through generations.
When he moved to the UK, he carried that same passion with him — determined to bring the flavours of home to new hearts and tables. Every skewer turned on our grill, every dish served with care, is a reflection of his journey, his hands, and his belief that food connects people in ways words never could.
